This page sets out the terms and conditions under which we supply the goods listed on this website. By ordering any of our goods you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Introduction
PAYMENT
Payment on the website is through debit/card (powered by STRIPE) and PayPal. Apple Pay is also available when using mobile iOS devices.
PRICES & VAT
Prices shown on the website exclude VAT. We are not currently Vat registered. However, we reserve the right to add VAT if we become VAT registered. If this occurs you will be given the chance to cancel your order prior to being charged for the order. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.
PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS
Whilst every effort has been made to portray the true colours and textures of our products, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are to the nearest 3mm.
EXPECTATIONS
All of our products are made to order by hand. As a result and due to the nature of epoxy resin, pieces may have slight variations or minor imperfections to items pictured. I believe these variations contribute to the beautiful uniqueness of each piece.
Returns & Refunds
We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
Due the fact that most of my items are made to order especially for you, I am not able to offer refunds or returns unless I deem that the item received is faulty. In the unlikely event you have any issues with your pieces, please let me know by contacting me on hello@arawamoon.com or by using the contact me form.

Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice to you.
