As an intuitive energy healer, I've had the honour of working with many powerhouse women like you. 1 Aches and Pains That Refuse to Quit

Is your body feeling like a battleground of aches and pains? Your energy body might be trying to tell you that it needs a little attention.

High levels of stress and emotional overwhelm can manifest as physical discomfort. So, let's show your body some love! Take those well-deserved breaks and indulge in self-care rituals like massages, Epsom salt baths, or some gentle yoga stretches. Engaging in daily grounding practices can also work wonders. Take a walk barefoot on grass, hug a tree (they won't mind!), or sit quietly in meditation. Embrace these grounding moments to feel centred, calm, and ready to conquer the world at a steady pace!

3. Brain Fog Hiding Your Brilliance?

Is your brain playing hide-and-seek with your brilliance? Mental fog and lack of focus can be sneaky signs of an imbalanced energy body. Fear not, though – there are ways to clear the clouds!

Take mini-breaks throughout your day to stretch and breathe deeply. Simple neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, and gentle head tilts can work wonders in releasing tension. Combine these stretches with deep breathing exercises to calm your nervous system and melt away that internal tension i.e. stress.

Gentle movement like yoga, Pilates, or swimming can help release tension in the neck and shoulder area while promoting overall well-being.

You can also try this grounding technique to release excess energy that might be contributing to tension. Inhale, and visualise roots extending from your feet, grounding you deep into the Earth. As you exhale, release any stress and tension down into the Earth, allowing it to be transformed into positive energy.
