ORDERING & DISPATCH TIMES

Made to Order Pieces

Please allow 21 working days for your order to be made prior to being shipped. Whilst this may seem a long time in comparison to an "off the shelf" item, this time is required in order to not only make your custom pieces, but also to ensure your items are cured sufficiently to withstand the delivery network.

Your item may be ready to dispatch before this time, but as I am a one woman team and the majority of my items are made to order, I have set this time frame to avoid any disappointment.

That being said, if you need your item urgently for a birthday or event, etc then please contact me BEFORE ordering (via hello@arawamoon.com or on the contact me form), and we can discuss the possibilities.

Ready Made & One Off Pieces

If the item is listed as “Ready Made”, if it is from the Sample & Zero Wast Sale or if it is a one off item such as resin tables then it is ready to ship! Please allow 7 working days for this to be dispatched after you order.

I often have your order posted before this time but as I am a one woman team I have set this time frame to avoid any disappointment. SHIPPING

Shipping starts from £4.95. You can receive free delivery if spending £100 or more by using the code “DELFREE100” at the checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, orders are shipped through Royal Mail, using their Tracked 48hour service.

RETURNS

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

Due the fact that most of my items are made to order especially for you, I am not able to offer refunds or returns unless I deem that the item received is faulty.
