Terms & Conditions - Gift Vouchers, Packages & Subscriptions
This page sets out the terms and conditions under which we supply vouchers such as gift certificates and vouchers for our service packages. By purchasing any of these goods you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Before placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us by e-mail at hello@arawamoon.com. We request that you read through these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order and also read all details regarding our privacy policy.
Packages and Gift Vouchers (referred to collectively as voucher(s) from herein) are valid for 365 days from purchase. The voucher expiration date will be stated on it and codes cannot be used after that date.
The value of this certificate will not be reimbursed if unused; please choose your purchase carefully.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
We are not liable for any certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominated vouchers.
Redeemable only for Lunar Healing sessions currently offered, valued at the current selling price.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens, coupons or cards.
Any unused sessions/balance will not be returned or credited.
Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by you to a third party.
If a bonus/free gift is applicable to your purchase (i.e. if you have purchased a 12 month Lunar Healing package), you can claim this by emailing hello@arawamoon.com with your order confirmation or certificate code. The bonus is offered at our discretion and no alternative will be made.
We reserve the right to cancel this certificate for any misuse or violation of terms.
Arawa Moon retains the right to update the certificate’s terms and conditions, which will take immediate effect upon publishing online.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice to you.
